How to make Turkish coffee at home

Turkey is very fond of coffee and treats this drink with great attention and awe. It can have a thick consistency and can vary in taste – from sweet to bitter. It was in Turkey that the cezve (Turk) was invented.

Turkish coffee is mainly made from Arabica. It is very important to choose the correct size of the turkey, take clean, uncontaminated drinking water, finely ground coffee beans. Roasting the beans is necessary just before making coffee.

3. Add 1 teaspoon per coffee cup to hot water.
