How to make muesli

Muesli is a multi-part breakfast, it contains enough carbohydrates, fiber, and they also have a low glycemic index, which fully meets the requirements of a healthy meal.

More than a hundred years ago, a doctor from one of the clinics introduced such a dish into the diet of his patients: half a tablespoon of oatmeal and half a spoonful of wheat, rice, barley, rye or millet grains were poured with juice or water, mixed thoroughly and served with finely chopped apples, almonds and walnuts nuts. This is how muesli was born.

You can make your own muesli by mixing oatmeal, wheat germ, fruits and berries, dried fruits, a mixture of nuts, seeds and bran. So there is a guarantee that they will not contain preservatives or unnecessary fats and sugars.

All sorts of cereals – balls, stars, crunches, granola – have nothing to do with muesli. These foods are high in sugar and preservatives, low in benefits, and high in calories. Study the packaging carefully and make sure that the muesli contains no fats, syrups or preservatives.
