Carrot is one of the traditional juice ingredients. Not only does it taste good, but it has many health benefits and helps cleanse the body. Carrots may be high in sugars, but they are also a very good blood sugar regulator (it’s a paradox). If you are healthy, two or three medium carrots daily will not cause any negative effect, but diabetics should limit themselves to half a carrot per day.

The natural sugars found in carrots are easy to digest. Eating carrots helps normalize blood sugar levels. However, always stick to moderation, no matter what kind of juice you drink.

When we talk about carrots, we often think that they must be orange, but carrots also come in other colors – white, yellow, purple and red.

The nutritional value   Carrots are one of the healthiest foods and contain high quality nutrients, especially in their juice. It is an excellent source of provitamin A, vitamins C, D, E, K, B1 and B6.

Acne. The powerful cleansing properties of carrots promote liver detoxification and thus are generally effective for acne.

Carrots that are shorter tend to be sweeter. So choose short carrots if you like the sweet taste, or long carrots if you prefer a less sweet taste. The most valuable nutrients are concentrated directly under the skin, so try not to cut it off. To peel carrots, simply use a stiff brush.
