How to lose weight by February 14 on a cocktail with prunes

On Valentine’s Day, of course, you want to look your best! But not kilograms, there should be as few of them as possible.

The all-in-one weight loss plan is pretty simple! It is necessary to increase the amount of protein foods in the diet, while bread, sugar and refined carbohydrates should be discarded. You should also drink plenty of water. 

But there is one more important point – the body must be fully cleansed of toxins. Improve intestinal motility and speed up weight loss with this fiber-rich cocktail.

 

Drink it every morning for breakfast, and in a few days you will notice how much better you feel!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. Low fat kefir
  • 2 tbsp. l. Bran (can be substituted with oatmeal, ground in a blender)
  • 1 tbsp. l. Flaxseed flour (you can grind flaxseeds in a blender)
  • 1 tsp Cocoa powder
  • 6-7 pcs. Prunes
  • Pinch. Cinnamon
  • 50 ml. Hot water

Preparation:

1. Pour boiling water over the prunes and leave to swell for a few minutes.

2. Mix chilled kefir with bran or oatmeal, flaxseed flour, cinnamon and cocoa powder.

3. Grind the prunes with a blender into a smooth paste. To make the cocktail sweeter, you can add 1 date to the prunes.

4. Combine dried fruits with kefir, stir. The cocktail is ready!
