How to deal with vitamin deficiency

Vitamin A

Vitamin C

Signs of vitamin C deficiency are bleeding gums, joint pain, tendency to stress, frequent and prolonged acute respiratory infections. Berries can be infused, pouring boiling water overnight, can be ground with sugar or honey.

Vitamin E

It is a fat-soluble vitamin and is abundant in nuts, spinach, oils, and wheat germ. Pour water over the wheat grains in a deep dish for 36 hours. When the water is absorbed, transfer the seeds to a damp dark cloth in a thin layer, and after 2 days you will have a storehouse of vitamin E. They can be eaten like this, or they can be added to salads or smoothies.

Vitamin K

If your blood does not clot well and wounds do not heal, then think about vitamin K, perhaps it is it that is lacking in your body.

Since this vitamin is found in green plants, and with them it is just in winter deficiency, then drink green tea. To preserve the maximum amount of the vitamin, brew the drink correctly. Boil water and pour boiling water over a cup, cover it with a saucer for a few minutes. Drain the water, put the green tea in a cup and pour in a little cooled boiled water, cover tightly and let it brew for 7-10 minutes.
