How to cook fried foods properly
 

Do not say, but fried food is very tasty, only one crispy crust is worth something. But you can’t argue with the fact that dishes prepared in this way have a very big effect on our weight, and sometimes on our health. How to minimize the harmfulness of such dishes?

Choose a good skillet. Teflon-coated dishes will allow you to use less oil and other fats, prefer just this one;

Observe the temperature regime. It is important to monitor the heating temperature, with very hot dishes you will quickly get a crust on the food, but inside they will remain moist. But with a weakly heated dish, your products, like a sponge, will pull in all the fat from the surface;

Cutting products. Remember, the larger the piece, the less fat it will absorb, but finely chopped foods run the risk of being soaked in oil through and through. Also, do not send frozen foods to the pan, they should be at room temperature;

 

Oil for frying. Use a quality cooking oil that is rich in vitamin E and contains minimal antioxidants.

Do not give up completely fried foods, sometimes you can afford it, but stick to these recommendations.
