Products
for 1 liter of jam Fresh or frozen berries of red or black currant – 2 kilograms

1. Put a saucepan with currants on fire, bring to a boil.
2. Turn off the heat and rub the mixture through a sieve.
3. Put the oranges in a saucepan to the currant mixture, bring to a boil with constant stirring, then pour in the rum.
4. Boil the jam for 3 minutes over the quietest heat that allows it to boil; remove foam when cooking.

1. Put the currants in a multicooker container, set the multicooker to the “Baking” mode, cook for 1 minute.
