You will need – blue whiting, water, salt, herbs and spices to taste

1. Defrost the fish, gut after removing the black film, wash inside and out.

2. Put the fish in a saucepan, cover with cold water, add salt and seasonings to taste (if the fish has a strong smell, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave for 10 minutes).

3. Put on the fire, after boiling, cook for 10 minutes with quiet boiling under the lid, if the fish is very large – 15.
