How and when to drink freshly squeezed juice
 

Freshly squeezed juices are necessary for each of us, it is a storehouse of vitamins and minerals that are instantly absorbed. But it is necessary to follow several rules when using fresh juices, since they are not a drink to quench your thirst, but are a natural dietary supplement.

  1. Drink juices in the morning. This is the most successful period to saturate your body with simple carbohydrates.
  2. Drinking freshly squeezed juices is recommended after a meal, no earlier than 15 minutes later. On an empty stomach, freshly squeezed juice is not drunk – this is very irritating to the mucous membrane. Also, do not drink juice immediately after eating – food will be poorly digested, pain and discomfort may occur.
  3. Juices, especially acidic ones, are recommended to be diluted with boiled or mineral water.
  4. Juice with pulp is healthier than strained juice. The pulp contains healthy fiber.
  5. Never add salt or sugar to freshly squeezed juices, a drop of cream or olive oil, and even bran will serve as a good addition.
