Homemade almond milk
 

Ingredients: 1 glass of nuts; 3 glasses of water; salt; sweetener

Preparation:

Cover the nuts with water and leave overnight. In the morning, drain the water, put the nuts in a blender, add a glass of fresh water and grind thoroughly until smooth. Add a pinch of salt and the remaining 2 cups of water. If you want to sweeten your milk, use stevia or honey, for example. After thoroughly mixing everything with a blender, pass the resulting milk through a very fine sieve or cheesecloth, so as to separate the cake.

The fat content and concentration of milk can be adjusted with water. I usually make milk with 3–3,5 cups of water, but you can make it less rich.
