King of fruits – mango

Mango is one of the most popular and nutritious fruits with unique taste, aroma and health benefits. It varies in shape, size depending on the variety. Its flesh is juicy, has a yellow-orange color with a lot of fibers and an oval-shaped stone inside. The aroma of mango is pleasant and rich, and the taste is sweet and slightly tart. So, what are the health benefits of mango: 1) The mango fruit is rich in prebiotic dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals and polyphenolic flavonoid antioxidants. 2) According to a recent study, mango is able to prevent colon, breast, prostate cancer, as well as leukemia.
