Healthy food trend: beetroot latte
 

Supporters of proper nutrition do not come up with many types of coffee in order to make coffee the most useful drink for health. One of them is a beetroot latte, the color of which is uplifting.

In Australia, a few years ago, professional coffee and restaurant baristas competed to invent invigorating beetroot espresso, balancing flavor and perfect color. Nutritionists and food bloggers immediately took up the idea, spreading the recipe around the world.

Prepares coffee based on fresh beet juice or beet puree. Take 250 ml of almond milk, small beets, cinnamon on the tip of a knife, teaspoon of ginger root, 2 teaspoons of coconut oil, a drop of vanilla extract, 2 teaspoons of maple syrup.

 

Use a blender to whisk milk and cut beets until smooth. Add ginger root and cinnamon and beat again. Strain the prepared mixture and pour into a saucepan for heating. Bring to a hot state, but not a boil, add vanilla, syrup and coconut oil. Pour into a mug and enjoy the delicious taste.

There is no caffeine in the pink latte, however, it invigorates and gives strength, saturates the body with vitamins and antioxidants.

Especially beetroot latte is suitable for those who need to strengthen hair roots, improve skin condition. Latte can be diluted with additives from various spices, such as ginger, which will improve metabolism and tone the body.
