Autumn, of course, makes its own adjustments in hand skin care. It becomes aimed at maximizing and restoring the water balance in the skin, as well as moisturizing and nourishing the skin. And here the usual cream will not be enough, a more thorough and focused approach is required. Kinetics Nail Academy instructor Tamara Isachenko told the readers of Wday.ru about the main features of hand care in the autumn.

1. Choose products for hands with beauty care

It is important to pay attention to the composition here. Try to choose creams with hyaluronic acid, which will tighten the skin and also fill in and minimize wrinkles.

Also, the composition should contain oils. For example, shea butter to moisturize and protect the skin from harmful environmental influences for up to 24 hours. As a result, your skin on your hands will look healthy and toned. Or argan oil, which helps to saturate with antioxidants, vitamin E and heal damaged skin, accelerating cell regeneration and reducing redness.

For home care, creams with such components in the composition are indispensable. Moreover, you can take them with you in your purse.

2. Combination of home care with salon

When visiting salons, give preference to spa manicure. Such a procedure, which includes a paraffin bath and a massage with aromatic oils, will not only give you a beautiful coverage, but also provide velvety skin without wrinkles.

3. Lotions for hands and body

And if you like products with pronounced fragrances, lotions will suit you for hand and body skin care. Their lightweight texture will not only provide quick absorption and a non-greasy finish, but will also leave your skin with a pleasant scent for a long time. And some options will even allow you to abandon perfumes.

Editor’s tip

– I confess that in the autumn-winter period I do not wear gloves. I can’t help myself, I don’t like that. Unfortunately, my decision suffers from the skin of the hands, which becomes dry, rough and irritated. And even creams are not able to save the situation. However, I found the perfect solution – hand masks. They can be either in the form of creams or disposable in the form of gloves. In the first case, they can be applied at night, or, for the best effect, wrap them up for 5-10 minutes first in a bag, and then in a mitten or under a blanket. As a result, you will get delicate, maximally moisturized handles.
