It will take a little time and quickly restore shine to the hair, strengthen the roots and facilitate subsequent styling.

You will need:

  • 0,5 cup kefir
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Heat the kefir slightly in the microwave or in a water bath. Rub the fermented milk product thoroughly into the scalp, then put on a plastic shower cap. After 15–20 minutes, rinse off the kefir thoroughly and rinse your head with warm water in which dry mustard is diluted, it will destroy the specific smell. You can do otherwise – after the mask, wash your hair with shampoo for dry hair and treat the strands with a mild conditioner. Kefir will make your hair silky and manageable.

Homemade black bread hair mask is very useful. It will take a little longer, and it will take a long time to wash off the bread gruel. But such a mask perfectly heals the scalp, and the hair becomes elastic, smooth and shiny.

You will need:

  • 200 g brown bread without additives
  • 1 egg

Finely chop the bread, put in a bowl and cover with hot boiled water. Let the mixture sit for a few hours. Then add a lightly beaten egg to the bread gruel and stir until smooth.

Rub the mixture into the scalp, wrap the head with plastic wrap and then a towel. Leave the mask for half an hour, rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water. Make sure that the remaining bread is completely removed, and rinse your head with a pre-brewed and chilled herbal extract of chamomile (for light hair) or hops (for dark hair). To prepare the infusion, pour dry raw materials with 2 cups of boiling water, leave for an hour, and then strain. After such treatment, the hair will acquire not only a beautiful appearance, but also a pleasant herbal aroma.

Instead of herbal decoction, hair can be rinsed with beer, half diluted with water.

Oily hair quickly loses volume and lightness. Within a few hours after washing, they can hang in lifeless strands that cannot be styled into a hairdo.
