How many times have we been caught by it loop of the «and if I had said, and if I had, and if I had seen», how many times have we ruminated about the «why» but the truth is that this mechanism does not lead us anywhere but, moreover, it can be destructive.

These famous loops do not facilitate growth but they trap us in a dead end. We need to trust our “Past me”, in the decisions made, in what we did since, after all, we made what we consider the best choice of the moment. And with this we need to continue learning and building.

This is why, in the Guided Meditation this week, I invite you to trust yourself. Because we can turn error into a source of learning, because it is not a matter of not falling or not stumbling but of learning not to repeat the same mistakes and to get out of them, each time, with greater ease and wisdom.
