Sometimes we have the feeling that the tiempo fly, that we do not get to everything and that we would need more hours in the day but, really, this also tells us that we are not managing time well or that we do not order the distribution of the different tasks well. And this can lead to an increase in Stress, from the feeling of frustration or Lack of effectiveness because feeling that we do not get to everything can cause a discomfort internal that can lead to a low esteem.
