Getting ready for Halloween: ideas for an unusual serving of quite ordinary dishes

If you are not one of those who celebrate Halloween on a grand scale: decorates the house, prepares costumes and excites neighbors with shouts of “Candy or life”, but you also want to somehow celebrate this bright holiday, then here are some useful culinary tips.

They will help, by preparing quite ordinary food, to present it in such a way that it matches the spirit of Halloween.

For example, you can bake quite ordinary pancakes for breakfast, but decorate them with chocolate or berry confiture like this, imitating a funny face.

Or, if, when baking a pancake, you take the trouble to “finish painting” its arms and legs with the dough, you will get such mouth-watering monsters. Banana, blueberries – and the eyes are ready, banana and strawberries (or any red syrup) – and now your monster has a mouth. Boo!

Another breakfast idea is hot sandwiches. Bread for toast, ketchup, sausage, but just cut the cheese, as if you were preparing bandages for a mummy. And also take care of the eyes, which can be made from the halves of olives.

See how trivial spaghetti and gravy can be turned into a terrifying Halloween dish!

Or here’s another idea – pizza is like pizza, but due to the fact that the ingredients are arranged in a special way, the dish fits the spirit of the holiday perfectly!

As for snacks, ordinary stuffed eggs, thanks to the decor, can look like this and decorate a festive table.

And stuffed tomatoes can be stuffed with any minced meat, if the “containers” themselves are cut out in advance, imitating such Halloween faces.

What is Halloween without sweets, without sweets ?! See how easily ordinary lollipops can turn into adorable ghosts.

Happy holiday!
