French fries: how to cook at home
 

Now, don’t go to McDonald’s for fragrant fries. Prepare a “frishka” tastier, healthier and more budgetary than in public catering.

You will need:

  • 4 things. Potatoes, large
  • 3-4 pinches. Salt
  • 150 g. Flour
  • 200 ml. Vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Peel potato tubers, rinse and cut into strips.

 

2. Place the potatoes in a container with high sides and sprinkle salt and wheat flour on top. Toss everything so that each potato straw is breaded in salt and flour.

3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan, put potato strips in it, in portions – so that the whole portion of potatoes is covered with boiling oil. Exactly, in portions and cook further. When the potatoes begin to acquire a golden color, stir with a spatula and fry for about 1 minute.

4. Using a slotted spoon, remove the fried potatoes, put them on a paper towel so that they give off excess fat.

5. You can fry the second portion. Keep in mind that only 1-1 servings of potatoes can be fried in 2 serving of oil.
