Foods that cannot be reheated
 

During heat treatment, some useful properties disappear, vitamins, minerals and useful substances disintegrate. And if you have to put up with this because of the inevitability of cooking some raw semi-finished products, then these food products cannot be reheated, even if you do not raise your hand to throw them away. And the point is not at all inefficiency: their secondary heating can lead to serious health problems.

Spinach

This is a very useful product for the body, which contains a lot of useful trace elements and vitamins. It is an irreplaceable product of the dietary table. You should carefully consider the amount of spinach that you plan to serve, because in no case should you heat it.

Use spinach in smoothies or salads, but add lightly poached to the sauce, which can then be stored in the refrigerator.

 

Chicken

Chicken is not uncommon on the menu of many families. It often remains in sufficient quantity and is loved for its high protein content. It is this irreplaceable useful protein that changes its structure from heating to heating, which adversely affects human digestion. Use leftover chicken to make salads or sandwiches.

mushrooms

By themselves, mushrooms are already difficult to digest, they are even excluded from the children’s menu for up to 7 years. But again, the protein that everyone needs is abundant in mushrooms. In the process of heating, the composition of the mushrooms changes, their benefits and importance are lost, hence the pain and bloating in the abdomen. You can grind leftover mushrooms into a sauce and serve with pasta or potatoes. Or make a salad based on them.

Eggs

Eggs that have already been cooked should never be reheated. Reheating eggs can change their composition and make them toxic to consumption, causing serious poisoning. And the egg also loses color and volume. Chop an egg into a salad or use for a sandwich.

Potatoes

This product is heated just more often than others, since potatoes are one of our main side dishes. It’s our tradition to boil a pot of mashed potatoes or fry a full pan of potatoes. It is not recommended to do this, potatoes lose their useful substances and properties, leaving only a large amount of calories. Use leftover potatoes for salads and fillings, or better cook it at a time.

Beetroot

During the first heat treatment, like tomatoes, beets do not lose their beneficial properties. But further heating leads to a change in the structure of the vegetable, which entails serious health problems for those who regularly consume it. Eat cold beets in salads, or better if you eat them raw in smoothies.

Celery

It also, when reheated, from a healthy vegetable becomes carcinogenic and dangerous, so the puree soup left after dinner will have to be eaten cold.
