foods for diet

The myths about such “healthy eating” are debunked by Natalya Gorbenko, nutritionist, candidate of medical sciences:

“These dairy products are not healthy at all. First, they are sweet and high in calories. They contain a lot of simple carbohydrates that are easy to digest and immediately go into fats. The shelf life of such yoghurts and curds is two months. And beneficial lactobacilli live for a short time – 2-3 days, during which they can work for the benefit of our body. Then these living cultures simply die, and there is no sense in them. The shorter the shelf life of dairy products, the less preservatives they contain and the more useful they are.

Muesli, cereals, “quick” cereals

– These products are also quite high in calories, moreover, they are considered ready-to-eat – poured milk and eat. However, everything that is prepared quickly, all sorts of semi-finished products, is not good. And again, these are simple carbohydrates. Saturation occurs quickly, but the product is digested just as quickly, and the person feels hunger again. What is really useful and should be present in our diet every day is cereals from various cereals that must be cooked. These are complex carbohydrates. Traditional cereals linger longer in the gastrointestinal tract, and the body needs a lot of energy to digest these cereals. They are slowly absorbed, and a person feels full for a long time.

– Apart from harm, there is no benefit at all. They are made not from natural fruits and berries, but from powders, from concentrates: they are simply diluted with water. These juices contain a lot of dyes and a lot of sugar. For dietary meals, juice from packs is a prohibited product! Even freshly squeezed juices can be drunk only once a day and diluted in half with water.

“Light”: mayonnaise and soda

– Deception, sheer deception. In such a mayonnaise, fats are present in the same volume as in a high-calorie one. But these fats are also refractory, which the body cannot digest and immediately deposits in the subcutaneous fat. In “light” drinks there are sugar substitutes that are very harmful. The tip of the tongue is responsible for the sweetness. Sweet? Insulin is immediately released to convert sweetness into energy. And there is no energy! But insulin has already been released into the bloodstream. By the way, insulin is hunger. A person drinks a sweet soda, but what does insulin do? Makes the body feel hungry.

– You can’t do without vegetable oil. It is vitamin E, which is responsible for the elasticity of our skin, it is a product that is useful for the nervous system. It should be present in our diet every day. Ideal for salad dressing. Now everyone relies on olive oil, but linseed and especially sunflower oil is better suited for the inhabitants of our strip. But first cold pressed, scent, unrefined. Each type of vegetable oil contains a different amount of polyunsaturated amino acids. So, in our sunflower there are 17, and in olive – only 8. It should be clarified that you cannot fry in vegetable oil – not only because carcinogens are formed. For example, you are frying potatoes. By itself, this product is not high-calorie, but when frying, when the potatoes absorb oil, it becomes high-calorie, which means it is harmful. And refined oil is purified of everything, it is empty.
