Step 1 (reserved for Mom or Dad):
Using scissors, cut out the top of the bobbin. Be careful, the task is not easy. After having removed “the big one” of the upper part, it is now necessary to crush the rim remaining inside the bobbin. It is possible, for this, to use the branches of the scissors.

Step 2:
Cut out a piece of felt 23 cm long and 10,5 cm wide.
Then put liquid glue on the surface of the can and apply your felt all around to stick it well.
Finally, place a bead of glue along the felt connection.

Step 3:
Cut out rectangles of felt 5,5 cm long and 3 cm wide.
Then ask Mum or Dad to glue them all around the upper end of the can, taking care to cover the outside as well as the inside. Like that, more risk of cut.

Step 4:
On another piece of felt, draw a small knot or other design of your choice.
Cut it out and glue it on your pencil holder to give it a touch of whimsy.
All you have to do is fill it with your most beautiful pens.
