Today we will focus on a comprehensive program of a series of Walk at Home, which included a few classes: from one to four miles. If you have never worked with Leslie, look over training, about which we talked in the last article. Videos described below are also suitable for beginners, but they are considered a higher level of complexity.

Higher complexity is achieved due to special shock absorbers for the feet (body boost cables)that Leslie Sansone uses in these lessons. They give more resistance when walking and help you to conduct training with high intensity. As such the inventory is not always easy to find, feel free to use dumbbells. If you are a beginner, first try to pass the lesson without extra equipment. When the load seems insufficient, you can take weights of 0.5-1.5 kg and execute exercises in accordance with the instructions of the coach.

1) Gentle Walk: 1 mile

5) Super Walk: 3 miles

In the third you come back to the walk, which takes place in an even higher pace.

6) Super Walk: 4 miles

The final exercise will be even more intense. Leslie Sansone divided it into 4 segments: the first and third devoted to walk at a fast pace, the second and fourth functional exercises with the shock absorber or dumbbells. Alternating load, you will allow the training to take place more efficiently, and therefore faster to reach its desired destination.
