Fé Fit: a comprehensive program for women. Lose weight in 30 minutes a day!

Fé Fit is a fun, comprehensive fitness program that is designed specifically for moms. The creators of the course has the following objective: to inspire women of all ages to exercise, so they can stay slim, active and healthy throughout life.

The Fé Fit program is suitable for absolutely everyone who loves to play at home and wants to get in amazing shape. Fitness course Fé Fit built on classical training principlesthat will be relevant and useful for any person. The name of the program refers to the name of the chemical element iron (Fé), which is also the personification of strength, flexibility and versatility.

The Fé Fit program includes a set of exercises that are divided into areas and some specific problem areas: Cardio Circuit, Total Body Toning, Upper Body, Lower Body, Core, Barre, Stretch Flow. In each of these groups includes four workouts for 30 minutes, this means that the course contains 28 different videos! You comprehensively work on the whole body, and a variety of classes will not let you get bored. For the convenience of a ready-made calendars that you’ll be doing.

The training involved a group of girls under the guidance of a fitness instructor Hilary. Classes are held in an energetic, but comfortable pace: you will be working over the body, but without the grueling loads. Workout suitable for intermediate, but you can ease the intensity, if you do the exercises in modified versions. Instructors for all of the lessons encourages you to listen to your body and, if necessary, to adjust the load.

5. In the course Fé Fit included 28 unique video (+7 bonus videos for beginners)! Unlike many other programs where you repeat the same workout again and again, here you will find daily variety.

6. The workouts are very effective to build slim, toned, dried the body with long muscles. You’ll combine aerobic, strength and functional exercises and work on my endurance and stretching. As the developers say, the 30-minute video in its effects on the body is equivalent to a full time class at the gym.

The composition of the Fé Fit workouts and calendar

At Fé Fit offers several options of calendars, among which you can choose the most suitable option:

  • Calendar 3 (for 13 weeks, playing 5 times a week)

Free days in the calendar marked as Run/Walk/Relax and here you have the choice. You can take 30 minute walks, favorite sport or other active pastime, can take rest if you feel the need. Definitely listen to your body, but try to keep an active lifestyle outside of the training hour.

The Fé Fit program included 7 groups of 4 training videos in each group with a duration of 30 minutes:

  • Cardio Circuit. Interval training with emphasis on core muscles, alternating exercises standing and on the Mat (without stock).
  • Total Body Toning. Strength training for the whole body that will help you to bring the muscles (dumbbell, expander, ball or isotonic ring).
  • Upper Body. Strength training for the muscles of the arms, shoulders, back and chest (dumbbells, expander).
  • Lower Body. Strength training for the muscles of the thighs and buttocks (dumbbells).
  • Core. Training for the bark, almost completely well are the floor (without stock).

Here we use the same equipment as in the main video, in accordance with the type of training. You can perform the program Essentials, if not previously engaged in fitness as introductory classes.
