Dumbbell bench press standing — the technique of the exercise:

  1. Take a dumbbell in each hand and stand straight. Feet shoulder width apart. Position hands as shown in the figure. The elbows should be bent at 90°. This will be your initial position.
  2. Keeping the grip the dumbbells as shown in the figure perform the dumbbell bench press on yourself. The bench press is performed on the exhale.
  3. Return to starting position.
