– I usually wash my head as needed, about 2-3 times a week. Sometimes the hair starts to grease a little at the roots (for example, after training or on a hot day), while the head does not look dirty. At such moments, dry shampoo saves me, different versions of which I have been using for three years. During this time, dry shampoo has become an indispensable beauty tool for me. Therefore, I was very happy to have the opportunity to try a new version from Dove.

Expectations: instant effect, feeling of clean hair (as after washing), invisibility of the product on the head, pleasant smell and root volume.

Reality: I have made stringent demands on the product and readily judge dry shampoo harshly (when it comes to hair, I become a harsh critic). And what was my surprise when a product from the mass market for a relatively low price not only satisfied all my expectations, but exceeded them! During the experiment, I did not wash my hair for a week, starting to apply dry shampoo in the morning of the third day. As a result, the hair looked fresh and the styling was voluminous. Moreover, the product was not visible, and after use only a pleasant smell remained.

Rating: 10 out of 10. I was completely delighted! Now Dove dry shampoo takes pride of place among my beauty favorites (and I have only a few of them).

– Dry shampoo helps to delay shampooing too often, because my hair gets oily quite quickly. Usually I bought an expensive professional product, but somehow I went out of town and forgot it at home. I had to buy what was in the nearest supermarket. It turned out that I was right.

Expectations: I had no special expectations from the product for 180 rubles, but the manufacturer promised clean hair without washing the hair + instant volume and styling effect.

Reality: shampoo gave me an extra day without washing my hair. The roots looked fresh and the styling was lightly voluminous. The product does not leave white marks on the hair and has a subtle pleasant aroma.

Evaluation: 10 out of 10. Cool budget tool.

Expectations: for me dry shampoos are divided by aroma and color. Almost no one produces intensely white shampoos now, but there are products that fall on dark hair with white flour.

Reality: in a black and gold can of dry shampoo Luxury Black Seed Oil 150 ml spray, which is very economical to use. The product contains black cumin oil. The ingredient does not dry the hair and gives the product a pleasant, unobtrusive scent.

I apply the product upside down and comb my hair with my hand to avoid the effect of slicked hair. Using dry shampoo, I can forget about the unkempt look of my hair for a day.

Rating: 10 from 10… At first I thought that the product was unreasonably expensive, but when I used dry shampoo once a week for a year, I still had half the bottle.

– Actually, I’m not a fan of dry shampoos. And why? After them, a double impression remains: it seems that the hair looks cleaner in places, but it resembles something incomprehensible, and even flavored with an abundant amount of varnish. I confess, there was a period in my life when I had to resort to dry shampoo. But this was only a few times and it was completely justified: when you have an important meeting, and you have just experienced a 17-hour transatlantic flight, then there is not only dry shampoo, but something worse, just to make yourself presentable …

Reality: Well, this time I came across quite presentable dry shampoo Sebastian Professional Drynamic, which, I confess, I was not familiar with before. Therefore, to begin with, I carefully studied the composition and reviews of this tool and only then began to practice. Looking ahead, I will say that somehow love did not work out for us the first time. And from the second, to be honest, too.

I should start with the fact that I read a lot of rave reviews and was incredibly happy – can I really find an alternative to frequent shampooing? Of course, this is not the same, but in exceptional cases, when “it is very necessary”, then why not. Inspired by the laudatory odes and memories of long flights, when dry shampoo really saved me, I started the test. Alas, either I expected too much from this product, or it did not fit my hair, but the magic did not happen. The hair began to look fluffy, as if it had been combed, and when you run your hand over it, you get the feeling that a large amount of varnish has been poured onto your head. I applied the product as indicated in the instructions: I sprayed my hair from the right distance, waited for the required amount of time, and then carefully combed the curls with a brush.

It is fair to say that several pluses this tool still has. Firstly, unlike other similar products, which are sprayed with white particles and look like dandruff on the hair, Sebastian Professional does not leave a white coating, and, as I already wrote, after using it, you can forget about varnish – the styling stays tight until the first wash heads. Secondly, unlike other dry shampoos, this tool is quite easy to comb out. And thirdly, the shampoo has a pleasant smell, unlike its counterparts, which emit the aromas of chemistry.

Of the minuses: a large package of 212 ml (cannot be taken on board) and the price bites. Otherwise, a very good shampoo. In my face, unfortunately, this brand did not acquire a fan, but perhaps the product simply did not suit me.

– I have been washing my head every day since I was 20, and therefore I consider buying dry shampoo absolutely unjustified. Why use dry shampoo when you can just wash your hair? It happens, however, that there is no opportunity to go to the shower, but somehow you want to freshen up. In this case, the presence of dry shampoo in my cosmetic bag, I will only be glad! My first dry shampoo in my life turned out to be an unknown professional brand from Australia Kevin Murphy. Looking ahead, I will say that I did not experience much enthusiasm when using this tool.

Expectations: from dry shampoo, first of all, I expected a wonderful transformation of my hair. I assumed that the stale slickness inherent in my head of hair on the second day after washing my head would disappear as if by a wave of a magic wand. Hair will be clean, shiny and voluminous.

In the description of the Kevin Murphy product with the telling name Fresh Hair, it is said that dry shampoo returns freshness to lifeless hair, absorbs excess oil, eliminates unpleasant odors, and creates volume.

Reality: I especially liked the composition and ethics of this product. Among the ingredients there are many useful and natural things: extracts of ivy leaves, burdock root and grapefruit, as well as oils of geranium, lemon balm, Chinese cinnamon, ylang-ylang and kpomeranz. The aroma of dry shampoo is pleasant and almost non-chemical. On this плюсы, perhaps, and end.

Let’s move on to cons… I sprayed the shampoo on my hair, before shaking it thoroughly, as instructed in the instructions. Then I discovered another bonus – no plaque, no white powder remained on the hair. I combed my hair and repeated the manipulation. I did not notice any pronounced effect of freshness. Yes, the hair looks a little more fluffy and has a pleasant scent. Unfortunately, this product did not give any additional volume or shine. At the same time, the hair at the roots became hard and unpleasant to the touch. During the day, the hair did not look dirtier or slicker, which, in principle, is not bad at all, but after that I definitely will not use dry shampoos regularly. Probably, it’s just not mine.

Rating: 4 out of 10. Plus four points for good composition, ethics, aroma and invisibility on the hair.

– I have long wanted to try dry shampoo. The day sometimes begins with unexpected surprises, such as the alarm clock not ringing when you need to be at an important meeting in half an hour. And so you jump out of bed, convulsively pull on your clothes with one hand, and with the other you are already brushing your teeth, and then the moment comes when you take a fleeting glance in the mirror and realize that the appearance of your hair is no good. But you are a woman who has everything thought out … Further in my thoughts the situation is saved just by dry shampoo, a very convenient invention, in my opinion. But it’s important to choose a quality product so that your look doesn’t only get worse.

Expectations: I treat the Schwarzkopf brand with great warmth and love, so I didn’t count on bad surprises. Fortunately, the product once again proved to be its best, and all the manufacturer’s promises came true.

Manufacturer: powder in the form of a spray refreshes the hair, gives incredible volume, the hair stays fresh longer.

Reality: those who have never used dry shampoos should read the instructions well. I will describe briefly: the shampoo should be applied to dry hair, direct the dispenser to the root zone and spray using short presses. Then let the food dry completely, this may take 1 to 2 minutes. Once the product is dry, comb through your hair thoroughly in all directions for even coverage and neutralization of all impurities, and style your hair as intended.

If you do everything right, the effect will pleasantly surprise you and this product will become your best friend for years to come. But do not get carried away, use the product 1-2 times a week, otherwise dry your hair and scalp.

Evaluation: I give the product a rating of 10 out of 10… Schwarzkopf did not disappoint with the quality, but the price for 300 ml is asking a lot, although it’s worth it.

– I, frankly, have used dry shampoo only a few times in my life. It was at work, when there was no hairspray, but I wanted to loosen my hair and give it volume. Fortunately, there was always a beauty department in the editorial office, which kindly provided me with this product and also helped me to apply it correctly. I can’t say that I was delighted with the dry shampoo, but it really lifted the strands at the roots. Only when I got home, the first thing I did was wash my hair, because it seemed to me that my curls were too heavy from this product. However, I still decided to try Bamboo Style, Alterna with bamboo extract. I was bribed by the natural composition … Maybe this time the product will become my must-have?

Expectations: I would like dry shampoo to help keep my hair fresh and full the second or third day after washing my hair (I usually wash my hair every other day). And, most importantly, it did not make the strands heavier. Ideally, during the day I should not remember that I applied some kind of remedy to the curls.

Bamboo Style Dry Shampoo by Alterna says it removes excess oily hair, creates root volume and refreshes styling.

Reality: applied the product as stated in the instructions: on the roots and the entire length. Then I combed my hair again and voila: it looks fresh and there is volume, as if I had just washed my hair (but in fact I washed it yesterday) and dried it with a hairdryer, lifting it at the roots. In general, I was satisfied. And the smell of the product did not bother me, it immediately dissolved and evaporated.
