This was stated by Singaporean doctors who studied how the diet of people affects the occurrence of diseases. The experiment, which was carried out in Singapore, lasted 4 years. And made it possible for doctors to find out that halving meat consumption can reduce the risk of diabetes by 14%… And vice versa. If the amount of meat products in the diet is doubled, then it is possible in a short time (4 years) to add one more to the list of existing diseases. That is, add diabetes.

Recall that a little earlier, when studying the properties of meat products and their effect on the body, doctors mentioned that meat tends to provoke the occurrence of heart and vascular problems. Experts considered red meat to be especially toxic to human health. And they suggested replacing it with at least chicken meat.
