Diseases of the reproductive system in men

It so happened that if a man has something hurting below, then it is immediately called – Prostatitis. And this is medical ignorance, resulting in wrong treatment, which often does not lead to recovery.

In the pelvic organs of a man, in addition to the prostate, there is something else to hurt. And the very manifestations of diseases that are attributed to prostatitis (violation of potency, reduction in the duration of sexual intercourse, pain syndromes) are only partly and very tensely related to prostatitis. So a reduction in sexual intercourse is a consequence of colliculitis or vesiculitis, and pulling pains in the testicle, radiating to the leg, is a manifestation of epididymitis.

Of course, due to the fact that the pelvic organs in a man are very close to each other, one disease is rare. And if the inflammation began in the prostate, then it very quickly passes to other organs of the pelvis. But mostly prostatitis is treated and the diagnosis is made just like that.

But let’s look at everything in order. On a schematic representation of the male reproductive system, several main organs can be clearly seen:

– Prostate gland (prostate) – Seminal vesicles – Seminal tubercle (inside the prostate) – Urethra – Testis – Epididymis – Seed cord

The most common cause of diseases of these organs are sexually transmitted infections. But there are also colds, low immunity, a sedentary lifestyle (stagnation).

Treatment of diseases of the male reproductive system

The treatment of these diseases is reduced to taking antibiotics and physiotherapy, however, in some diseases, specific methods of treatment are required. And here our doctors, as always, are hopelessly behind. Until now, direct massage of the prostate through the anus has been used as a method of physiostimulation. In developed countries, this was abandoned several decades ago, and this method of treatment is classified as barbaric, since the massage process often does more harm than good when injuring inflamed tissues.

Here is one of the exceptions to the usual practice for doctors – the treatment of colliculitis (inflammation of the seminal tubercle) achieves the greatest effect when the treatment complex includes instillations of silver nitrate solution through the urethra. The seed tubercle is located on the urethra in its prostatic part, girdled by the prostate. You can’t get close to him for physiotherapy. That is why instillations are used. Use, but not all doctors. But in vain.

And the inflamed seminal vesicles (vesiculitis) cannot be reached with a finger at all. they are higher, and only special medical devices can be applied to them.

Instead of massage, various physiotherapeutic effects on the pelvic organs are used – ultrasound, magnet, laser, moderate heating, and others. And most importantly, understanding the specifics of the course of the disease, which particular organ requires the application of exposure, the treatment is the most effective. Here it is required to differentiate the following diseases:
