At the same time, as practice shows, in a few days it is really possible to lose up to two or even more kilograms. But to abuse such diets for radical weight loss is still not worth it: you can seriously harm the body.

This diet is considered the easiest and most affordable. Indeed, to comply with it, you just need to drink ordinary water more often. And you should also start your day with one or two glasses of water. It also needs to be drunk 15–20 minutes before each meal, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. In the morning, immediately after waking up, it is recommended to drink one and a half to two glasses of cold water, it will not only invigorate the body, but also make it work and spend energy and calories to keep warm. In addition, the liquid drunk before eating will partially fill the stomach, which means that you will eat much less food, and your body will receive less kilocalories than the usual amount.

However, for all the harmlessness of drinking water, you should be extremely careful and listen to your body. For example, excess water can be fraught with the appearance of edema, kidney problems.

Thanks to water in the body, the metabolism is accelerated, which means that the calories accumulated by it are burned faster.

You can try to reduce your calorie intake by replacing regular foods with healthier, low-fat, carbohydrate foods. For example, it is better to replace a piece of pork with lean beef or dietary rabbit meat. Chicken breast will also be very appropriate and quite useful in this case. Eliminate carbonated drinks from your diet and replace them with mineral water, green tea with lemon and honey, you can add a piece of fresh ginger to your tea.

Bowel cleansing will also help to quickly say goodbye to the hated kilograms. It can be done with an enema. During it, at least four liters of water must be poured into the rectum, it can be done in two steps. Then you should quickly run to the toilet to defecate. In this way, you can lose weight by several kilograms at once, because it is known that there are about 10 kilograms of feces in the intestines. But despite such a noticeable result even after one procedure and efficiency, this method should not be abused. Otherwise, you can get used to stool with an enema, and then the natural way to go “big” will be problematic.

Another way to cleanse the intestines is with flaxseed oil. It is best to carry out the cleansing procedure on a weekend, because on this day you will literally have to settle in the toilet. But the result will not be long in coming: on the very first day you can lose 2-3 extra pounds. For the cleansing procedure you will need: – 2 tablespoons of linseed oil – 1,5-2 cups of boiled water.
