The Woman’s Day winners who are losing weight at Perfect Body School shared their dreams of a new, slimmer life and the results of their first week at #Sekta.

“I have a motive to lose weight – I’m going to become a mom for the second time. At the same time, I understand that with a weight of 110 kg, I can’t stand a child. When I gave birth to Fedya, my weight was 120 kg. Then I lost weight up to 80 kg, then I gained weight up to 120 kg, and after a year and a half I became thin. I counted calories, and as a result, 59 kg. But for the past four years, my weight has only increased every month. My goal is to lose at least 70 kg. I know that, first of all, you need to put things in order in your head. Willpower should be enough, because I want to improve my health. Sport is present in my life insofar as I am a kindergarten teacher – doing exercises with the children.

A week of classes at #Sekta has passed. At the first, we were told the principles of nutrition and the rules of classes, and we were given food diaries. The amount of food consumed was prescribed – 250 ml. The first meal is necessarily buckwheat or oatmeal in the water. You need to eat every 2 hours. The second meal is porridge and vegetables. Protein and vegetable oil can be added to the third and fourth, but all without salt. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Sweet, salty, spicy, flour is not allowed. Every day there are two workouts: a six-minute morning at home and an hour-long evening in the gym. Unfortunately, on Tuesday my child fell ill, and this week I could not attend the gym, but studied at home. Muscles ache godlessly, but there is a result – minus 1 kg. A chat was created on the social network, where all participants and tutors of classes communicate and answer questions of interest. By the way, there are lightweight exercises especially for people with health problems and high weight. “

“My height is 171 cm, weight is about 78 kg. I am very uncomfortable. Two years ago, I weighed 15 kg less. And as a child, believe me, I went to a modeling agency. I was in my teens, and at the age of 13-14 I weighed at least 70 kg. I came home from school, poured milk, ate cookies, sweets … In the 10th or 11th grade I was stressed, I did not go on any diets, it was unconscious, but I began to weigh 53 kg – the bones were sticking out, however this figure did not look fit. Everyone began to feed me, and I again got hooked on the buns. Now I live alone, my parents have left. I admit, it is difficult to cook for oneself. I don’t always have time to eat breakfast in the morning. Study, dinner at 18.00, and it may be the only meal. I’m trying, of course, to change the situation. I fry it without oil, I cook it on the water … But still, somehow I don’t quite cope with it myself. There were attempts to go in for sports. Once I came to a fitness club. It has its own atmosphere, all women 35+ with children, they have common topics of conversation. And at home, if I started to study, then for a week the maximum was enough for me. The main thing for me now is to change my worldview – to get out of my comfort zone.

The first week in #Sekta sometimes seemed insanely difficult, but when you came to the hall and met with the participants, the curators, you had a “new breath of life”. After the hall, she came out tired, but happy. I understood the principle: “Not everything works out? No problem! We’ll fix it, we’ll do it better, you need it, not someone else, I improve myself, my body. “

In my diet, I had to exclude sweet, starchy foods, fried foods, fruits, salt and spices, eat every 3-4 hours, and start the day with oatmeal. You can use whole grain bread and pasta. It was difficult without fruit, but without salt, life was good and calm. I tried to observe the intervals of food, it was very unusual to eat so often, people around me had the feeling that I was trying to get better. This is just the beginning of the journey. There are 11 more weeks ahead and we can handle it! “

“I once had a weight of 56 kg and a height of 166 cm and a thin waist. Then a child was born, the weight became 60 kg, then 64 kg, now 69,5 kg. Of course, there is a great desire to return to your “pre-pregnant” life. To return that pace, those opportunities, those clothes at least … I eat, of course, I am wrong: cakes, pastries, cookies. But I’m ready to make a sacrifice! I believe that studying at #Sekta will become twelve weeks of a happy life! I think my husband will not be able not to tempt me with food, but he will have to support. If my diet changes, so does his diet. Sport? While my husband is on a business trip, I do exercises, as soon as I return, it is somehow uncomfortable for me to study – he looks at my efforts and jokes.

In the first half of the week, I honestly practiced for wear and tear. Although I attended group classes every other day, at home I tried to keep up as much as possible and do all the exercises that were planned by the curators for that day. But from the second half of the week, all willpower began to roll down a little. It was my husband’s birthday on Thursday. Therefore, its celebration began in the middle of the week and lasted for the rest of the days. I tried not to deviate from the #Sekta rules as much as possible, at the same time to please my husband with dishes. Therefore, the festive table turned out to be in the style of proper nutrition. But on Saturday I still fell through … To begin with, I mentally allowed myself to transfer the “Sunday treat” to Saturday and eat a birthday cake. The cake was followed by store juice, and then on Sunday I could not restrain myself, as the cake was very tasty. Now, from Monday, you need to tackle your willpower again from the very beginning.

As for training, so far I feel that I am much weaker than I thought. The workouts themselves are not very difficult, but they are more about endurance. But my endurance is still bad. Nevertheless, every time after a workout, you get the feeling that you are noticeably changing every day! The feeling is pleasant! In order not to be disappointed, until I pick up a centimeter – I want to wait some more … “
