This is because people who are prone to frequent mood swings, stress or seasonal depression poison themselves with cortisol in the same way as strong coffee lovers.

Excessive enthusiasm for dairy products, meat and nuts can also cause the appearance of acne – in this case, the cause of acne is associated with the high content of proteins in these products, which in turn stimulate the production of steroid hormones (by the way, it is thanks to this process with increased protein nutrition and regular strength training, a frail boy can turn into “Mr. Olympia”). But alas, such a hormonal imbalance can result not only in the acquisition of the desired muscle mass, but also in a sharp deterioration in the condition of the skin, in which no natural masks against inflammation on the skin, as well as cosmetics and acne medications, will help.

Nutrition for acne should be balanced and healthy

So, the diet for acne should mainly consist of lean meat, fish, cottage cheese. For a side dish, steamed cereals and vegetables are preferable. And of course the fruit! Except for those that can provoke allergies.
