Culinary Action’s professional workshop! lands in Barcelona on Monday March 23rd.
Hospitality professionals, chefs and entrepreneurs who want to be the protagonists of their initiatives, they have an obligatory appointment, to get the best out of the presentations and success stories that will be exhibited during that day in Barcelona.
This initiative, from Basque Culinary Center (BBC), has already held several editions, since 2014 when it held the first professional meeting in Saint Sebastian.
Recently in the capital of Spain, Culinary Action! Madrid, which was a very interesting experience forum where it brought together hospitality entrepreneurs, chefs and professionals from the hospitality sector, and has established itself as a source of inspiration for chefs-entrepreneurs.
The presentations that will be given at the one day seminar in BarcelonaThey will be 20 minutes each, thus occupying the theoretical space that has been reserved for 7 Chefs to share their subjects with the attendees.
The dynamic workshops will be divided into 3 topics that are extremely topical and that their immediate applicability is becoming a necessity for all hospitality establishments and especially those of new creation. The contents will be about:
- Social networks in hospitality.
- Marketing in restaurants.
- Economic management and profitability.
Different Spanish cities are waiting to be the candidates to host future editions of this training program, which brings together, knowledge, dynamism, experience, entrepreneurship and market trends.
