Program description Core De Force

Are training Joel and Jericho (Joel Freeman and Jericho McMatthews) – longtime friends with extensive experience in the fitness industry. They are certified trainers from the American Fitness Association (AFAA) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Their goal has always been to help people acquire great physical shape. Inspired by the effectiveness of MMA training, they have developed a quality program that will help you to get amazing results in just 30 days.

For lessons on the Core programme De Force you shouldn’t need any additional equipment! This is a very important advantage of the program, because some of the other Beachbody programs require an Arsenal of sports equipment (for example, The Master’s Hammer and Chisel). You’ll have a single main weapon is your own body, which, be sure, will lead you to the goal.

In the proposed training are waiting for you three-minute rounds, alternating different combinations of martial arts and exercises with the own weight. You will be flushing fat, develop stamina and improve the quality of your body. Regardless of your level of training, you will be able to repeat all the movements, but probably supporting your own pace.

The composition of the Core programme De Force

Training Core De Force lasts from 30 to 45 minutes. You have to do one workout a day, seven days a week for 30 days. But don’t worry, every seventh day is active recovery day. You are going to do on the finished calendar classes.

Complex Core De Force includes 6 basic exercises, 2 sessions for stretching and 2 bonus videos for the press. The basic exercises consist of several three-minute rounds: 6, 9 or 12 depending on the specific program. Basic exercises:

  • MMA Speed (6 rounds – 25 minutes). Lesson for upper body, belly, and bark, based on the movements of Boxing.
  • MMA Shred (9 rounds in 35 minutes). Training for the whole body based on Thai Boxing.
  • MMA Power (12 rounds – 45 minutes). In this lesson you will use effective explosive movement from the MMA to create a strong, shapely body.
  • MMA Plyo (12 rounds – 45 minutes). This video combines Boxing, Thai Boxing and plyometrics.
  • Power Sculpt (9 rounds in 35 minutes). Power interval training for development of endurance and muscular strength.
  • Dynamic Strength (12 rounds – 45 minutes). The workout’s low impact high intensity.

Video for stretching and recovery:

  • Active Recovery (20 minutes). Recovery training, that is waiting for you at the end of the week.
  • Core De Force Relief (5 minutes). A short video to stretch. Do this 5-minute session before bed to soothe tense and tired muscles.

Video with emphasis on cor:

  • Core Kinetics (15 minutes). Strengthen the cor with a unique MMA-movements that will help you achieve a flat stomach.
  • 5 Min Core On the Floor (5 minutes). A short lesson for the bark on the floor.
