About the program Killer Body with Jillian Michaels

Program Killer Body consists of three workouts: upper part of the body on lower body and abdominal muscles. Each lesson lasts 30 minutes and consists of four cycles of exercises. Each cycle includes a power exercises that last for 30 seconds. At the end of each cycle you will find a short aerobic exercise with duration of 60 seconds. In Killer Body, the principle of circular training that Jillian Michaels believes the most effective way to lose weight.

Killer Body consists of three workouts:

  1. Training on the upper body. Gillian offers exercises for biceps, triceps, chest and shoulders. In addition, the coach uses a lot of push UPS in different positions.
