Champignons: how to fry? Video

Fresh and dried mushrooms can be used to prepare delicious and nutritious first and second courses, as well as various sauces and seasonings. These mushrooms contain a rich set of amino acids, including essential ones, as well as B and PP vitamins.

You will need:

– fresh champignons – 450 g; – butter – 40 g; – sour cream 200 g; – onions – 2 heads; – salt

Cut the onion into half rings and save. Cut fresh champignons into slices, combine with onions and fry over low heat until tender. Pour the prepared mushrooms with sour cream, salt and bring to a boil.

Instead of fresh mushrooms, you can take dried ones (150 g), soak them for 1,5-2 hours, then boil until soft

Champignons stewed with potatoes

You will need:

– fresh champignons – 450 g; – potatoes – 500 g; – onions – 2 heads; – fresh tomatoes – 300 g; – sour cream – 200 g; – salt; – allspice

Cut the mushrooms into wedges and fry. Cut raw potatoes into cubes and fresh tomatoes into slices. Save finely chopped onions. Place the fried mushrooms and vegetables in a saucepan, cover with sour cream, salt, pepper and simmer until tender.

Champignons baked in sour cream sauce

You will need:

– fresh champignons – 450 g; – butter – 50 g; – cheese – 50 g

For the sauce:

– sour cream – 300 g; – butter – 150 g; – flour – 2 tablespoons; – salt; – allspice

Chop the mushrooms and fry until tender.

In a dry frying pan, fry the flour until golden brown, remove from heat and add a little oil, grinding the mixture until smooth. Boil sour cream, put flour and butter in it, salt, pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Strain the finished sauce and bring to a boil again.

Transfer the mushrooms to a thick-walled pan, pour over the sauce, sprinkle with crushed cheese and bake in the oven, preheated to 150 degrees, until golden brown.

Champignons baked with potatoes

You will need:

– champignons – 450 g; – potatoes – 600 g; – onions – 3 heads; – cheese – 20 g; – bread crumbs – 20 g

For the sauce:

– sour cream – 500 g; – butter – 250 g; – flour – 2,5 tablespoons; – salt; – allspice

Prepare the sauce as above. Save the onion, combine with chopped fresh mushrooms and fry until tender. Combine the fried mushrooms with some of the sauce. Boil the potatoes and cut them into slices. Place boiled potatoes around the edges of the pan, prepared mushrooms in the middle and smooth the surface.

Mix the sauce with bread crumbs, potatoes with mushrooms, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in an oven preheated to 150 degrees until golden brown.
