Chaga. infusion at home

Preparation:

A piece of fresh mushroom is washed and ground on a grater. dried mushroom for

softening is first poured with cold boiled water for four hours,

then rubbed on a grater or passed through a meat grinder. For 1 glass

chopped chaga mushroom add 5 cups of boiled water

(temperature up to 50 ° C), insist for 48 hours, then the liquid

drained, the residue is squeezed out and water is added to the resulting liquid, in

which the mushroom was soaked. Infusion of birch chaga is stored in a cool

place at a temperature not exceeding +10 °C. The shelf life of infusion from chaga is not

more than 4 days.
