Can I brew coffee with milk?

Reading time – 3 minutes.

There are different recipes for making coffee with milk without water. Everyone will need a Turk, or at least a small-diameter saucepan.

  • For 4 glasses of milk, take 70 g of coffee and 80 g of sugar. Pour coffee and sugar into hot milk, bring to a boil and leave for several minutes. Alternatively, brew bitter coffee and serve the sugar separately.
  • Pour half of the turkish milk (leave room for the froth to rise). Add half the sugar and heat. Add coffee and, without stirring, bring to a boil. Then remove from heat, stir and return to the stove. After the foam has risen, turn off the gas and pour into cups after 2 minutes.
  • Put a spoonful of sugar in a dry small Turk. Melt it over low heat until golden brown. Remove immediately and pour in a little milk. After 2 minutes, the sugar will dissolve. Then you can put in coffee and add milk. It remains to bring to a boil and pour the coffee into a cup.
