The Satellite Pavilion of the Casa de Campo in Madrid will host during those 4 days the 8th edition of Millesime Madrid which as a novelty, will present through its renowned temptation windows, a cast of chefs and culinary novelties in an architectural environment called Caleidoscopic.

With a decorative set of mirrors that help to distort and multiply the artistic samples of the room together with the gastronomy itself, they make this “motto” invite you to discover all the prisms of gastronomy, variety and trends.

Figures of the international culinary scene such as the Mejicanos Guillermo González, Diego Hernández, José Manuel Baños, accompanied by our illustrious Jorge de Andrés, Xosé Torres Cannas and Arnau Bosch, Jose Rojano, Alberto Ferruz or the adopted, but Italian by birth Andrea Tumbarello, show us in their respective sessions the best fusion of the common ties of both cultures.
