BeFiT Intensity: intensive HIIT-workouts for the entire body

BeFiT Intensity Fitness Series is another revolutionary program for burning fat and building lean body coaches BeFiT. Complex 25 minute HIIT workouts will help you sculpt a perfect figure at home.

Program overview the BeFiT Intensity

Scott Herman, already familiar to us on the programme BeFit in 30 Extreme, and Lacey stone has developed a training program to achieve fast and quality results. The program includes effective exercises that will help you to strengthen a muscular corset, to tighten the muscles of the shoulders and arms, to improve the shape of the buttocks, work on slender legs. You will not only burn fat, but also muscle toning!

BeFiT Intensity program is built on the principle of high intensity interval training and include strength, aerobic and plyometric load for fat burning and body tone. You will work to develop your strength, coordination, endurance, speed and balance. Study at home and achieve maximum results with professional coaches Lacey and Scott!

Coaches BeFiT not have provided a calendar for this program. But because the course included a total of 5 workouts, it is obvious that the best version of the schedule is to distribute the video throughout the week. Can train Monday through Fridaywith days off Saturday and Sunday. Or 5 times a week with the days off, for example, on Wednesday and Sunday.

So, the course includes 5 training sessions, lasting 25 minutes. For classes you will need a pair of dumbbells of average weight. The complex is suitable for advanced level training, you will find a large number of push-UPS, some burpees, jumping, intense power loads. If you perform exercises in a simplified modification, the program is suitable for intermediate level training.

The program BeFiT Intensity

All of the training scheme. You will find three round, the exercises in each round are repeated in several approaches. At the end of the lesson the coaches have prepared the fourth bonus round, where again all the previous exercises. So, each workout consists of 4 rounds in ~5 minutes with short rest breaks.

1. BeFiT Intensity: Ripped Arms & Legs Workout (Scott Herman)

This video includes a large number of plyometric exercises, exercises to bark, compound exercises for upper and lower body with dumbbells. Work absolutely all muscle groups. For classes you will need dumbbells.

  • Circuit 1: burpee with dumbbells, single leg glute bridges, V-ups
  • Circuit 2: groiners, plyo push ups, alternating jumping lunges
  • Circuit 3: judo push-ups, overhead press, squats, alternating toe touches, scissor

2. BeFiT Intensity: Ultimate Cardio Burn Workout (Lacey Stone)

Intense cardio workout without additional equipment, which is aimed at fat burning and metabolism acceleration. The program cannot be considered extremely difficult, but some exercises (e.g., burpee + tuck jumps) will definitely make you give 100%.

  • Circuit 1: flying lateral lunges, hop squats, burn out punches
  • Circuit 2: interval high knee jumps, knee to elbow crunches X, rear-end jump squats
  • Circuit 3: russian kicks, burpee jumps, squats alternating kick
  • Circuit 4: All 9 moves from circuit 1-3 together

3. BeFiT Intensity: HIIT with Weights Workout (Scott Herman)

HIIT training with dumbbells, with which you’ll work on muscle tone and burning fat. Scott included in the program many strength exercises but they are performed at a fast pace. The intensity level of the workout will depend on the weight of the dumbbells.

  • Circuit 1: squat presses, bent-over alternating rows, janda sit-ups
  • Circuit 2: spider-man push-ups, sit-throughs, bent-over flys
  • Circuit 3: fast feet to push-ups, swivel crunch, single-leg dead lifts
  • Circuit 4: All 9 moves from circuit 1-3 together

4. BeFiT Intensity: Max Cardio Challenge Workout (Lacey Stone)

Another cardio workout with Lacey stone, but more intense. In this program you are waiting for a more intense exercise than the Ultimate Cardio Burn. Exercise is weight loss, get ready for a plyometric load.

  • Circuit 1: 180 squats, side to sides, fast feet to push-ups
  • Circuit 2: speed skaters, reverse lunges, mountain climbers
  • Circuit 3: knee-up front kicks, squat jacks, lateral hops
  • Circuit 4: All 9 moves from circuit 1-3 together plus a bonus plank move

5. BeFiT Intensity: Total Body Workout (Scott Herman + Lacey Stone)

In this workout , alternate power and cardio exercise with dumbbells. Through this approach you will not only be intense to burn calories and fat but also strengthen the muscles of the whole body.

  • Circuit 1: dumbbell thrusters, one two lunges, side donkey burpees
  • Circuit 2: hinge & row (right & left), flying jacks
  • Circuit 3: balanced Arnold press, wide squat to rack, X body V-ups
  • Circuit 4: All 9 moves from circuit 1-3 together
