Beachbody Yoga Studio: efficient video yoga for the entire body

Classes video Yoga Studio, you may need yoga blocks to perform certain asanas (can be replaced with books) and a strap for stretching (you can substitute with a towel). It is also desirable to have a yoga Mat or other covering on the floor.

Yoga from the artist (Vytas Baskauskas)

1. Yoga Abs (10 minutes). Short workout for the abdominal muscles and Cora, Vitas offers exercises for the back and strap in position.

2. Yoga for Low Back Pain (10 minutes). This quiet practice will help you to get rid of pain in the lower back and relax your body.

3. Core Strength (30 minutes). Training involves a comprehensive study of the entire muscular system in various ways.

4. Sweat and Detox (45 mins). This dynamic practice will force to use all the muscles in your body, and even to participate pulse.

5. Strong but Simple Flow (60 minutes). With this yoga video, you will work on improving strength and flexibility, development of the cardiovascular system and strengthen the core muscles.

Yoga by Alice (Elise Joan)

1. Cardio Burn (10 minutes). Short practice designed to increase heart rate and fat burning through a vigorous sequence of yoga.

2. Blissful Power Flow (10 minutes). Achieve balance and strength with this 10-minute class, which consists of a variety of asanas to improve your fitness.

3. Get Centered (30 minutes). Concentrate on developing the core muscles with selected asanas is effective from Alice, thanks to which you tighten the tummy and strengthen the muscular corset.

4. Get Well-Rounded (30 minutes). This yoga practice is aimed at the most popular area of the body – buttocks. Thanks to this half-hour video, you will make your butt toned and elastic.

5. Upper Sculpt & Core Flow (45 minutes). This power yoga will help you develop a strong shoulder girdle and strengthen the muscles of the arms, back and abdomen.

Yoga from Ted (Ted McDonald)

1. Pre-Workout Ignition Core (10 minutes). Warm up and prepare the body (especially core muscles) to the load by performing this short video before training.

2. Post-Workout Cooldown Stretch (10 minutes). Make this short video after a hard workout to relax and stretch muscles.

3. Yin Yoga (25 minutes). Slow relaxing practice of Yin yoga consists of holding poses, which affect the lower body: thighs, buttocks and lower back.

4. Muscle Recovery (30 minutes). Use this half-hour live after a workout to help your muscles recover and relax.

Yoga of Faith (Faith Hunter)

1. Release the Tension (10 minutes). Soothing practices to relieve tension in the lower back and thighs in just 10 minutes.

2. Post-Cardio Stretch (10 minutes). Get a good stretch all major muscle groups with this short video that is perfect to run after a cardio workout.

3. Full-Body Flow (20 minutes). This practice of the whole body, which strengthens and stretches the muscles of the legs, arms, back and a positive effect on the spine.

4. Radiate and Shine (30 minutes). A dynamic yoga practice to develop strength, improve flexibility, disclosure of the shoulder joints and thoracic.
