How the houses of Evgenia Feofilaktova, Alena Vodonaeva, Stepan Menshikov and other bloggers look like.

Celebrities, who previously participated in the scandalous project “Dom-2”, attract the attention of fans. Followers closely follow their blogs online. However, few people know in which houses and apartments these celebrities live. Our selection will reveal to you the veil of secrecy.

Evgenia Feofilaktova

This 35-year-old beauty can rightfully be called one of the most successful ex-participants in the scandalous project. Evgenia has two apartments located in the prestigious districts of Moscow. As reported in the press, the price of each is 10 million rubles (she bought them several years ago). In one of them, Evgenia made a major overhaul, seeking help from the designer of the Milan School. After the work, she moved there with a new chosen one and a son from the previous union.

“For me, the most precious thing I have is an apartment. I bought it without any help, ”Evgenia said in an interview last year for the Teleprogramma portal.

The interior did not come cheap for Feofilaktova. Her apartment has furniture from the popular Fendi Casa brand, handmade carpets made to order in Florence.

My main wish was a large dining area in front of a panoramic window with stunning views and a fireplace in the living room. I can already imagine how my family and friends will gather here on cozy evenings! ” – explained the blogger.

Many followers believe that Victoria Romanets is trying in many ways to follow Evgenia Feofilaktova, with whom they are in opposition. It is known that the blogger is in a relationship with Yevgenia’s ex-husband Anton Gusev.

Several years ago, the couple moved to a townhouse in the village of Cambridge (Moscow), the cost of which for those years was estimated at 7 million rubles. Despite the fact that it did not even have a rough finish, electricity and gas. While finishing work was going on in it, which also cost the couple a lump sum, the couple rented a separate house in a cottage village.

The renovation in the new house cost no less than its cost, 7 million rubles. For the third month now, rough work has been going on, on which about 1,3 million were spent, “- shared Victoria Romanets on the Web.

Last year, the couple moved into a townhouse, the interior of which is decorated in gray tones and in the spirit of minimalism in terms of the number of items and furniture. Photos of the house later appeared on the blog of the designer whom Victoria invited to help her diversify the interior.

The star of “House-2” was the happy owner of a three-story mansion in the Moscow region with two entertainment areas, a luxurious garden, a Finnish sauna and other amenities. She lived in it with her family for about 11 years, but in 2019 she decided to part with real estate. Irina put it up for sale for 26 million rubles. Agibalova did the interior decoration herself, making it in the classic style.

In 2020, the ex-participant of “House-2” bought an apartment in Cyprus. She dreamed of moving there for a long time because of the mild climate. Her daughter Margarita also has a place to live there.

New one bedroom apartment in Cyprus is located in a new residential complex on the north coast of Cyprus. It was fully equipped with furniture and household appliances. In the courtyard near the house, tropical vegetation prevails. The cost of housing is 11,5 million rubles.

Previously, Irina gave fans a tour of her new apartments, and they were delighted.

Choosing a property is a troublesome and difficult business. The first installment is 15%, 25% – getting the keys. And then an interest-free installment plan for 4 years. It will be hard, but we will break through, ”Irina explained.

The famous showman bought a two-room apartment in Ivanteevka (Moscow region) for 2,7 million rubles. There Menshikov was going to live with his ex-wife and two children. After that, Stepan bought new apartments, which cost him several times more. The ex-participant of “House-2” made a luxurious renovation in it, for which he paid about a million rubles.

The interior of Menshikov’s housing was done by designers. The showman decided to rely on their professionalism.

The interior is based on American classic style with boho and modern elements. Of the materials, wood predominates, and as for the colors – green and beige, ”explained the designer.

 Olga Nikolaeva (the Sun)

Olga Nikolaeva has been in the project for four years. She became the favorite of Dom-2, who won a car and received the coveted certificate for the apartment. Sun looked after a two-room apartment in Krasnogorsk (which she later converted into a three-room apartment), not far from Moscow.

Olga has invested a decent amount in the renovation. She ordered foreign materials for decoration. The sun made a redevelopment, moving the kitchen into the living room, and equipping an office in its place.

“The apartment I chose in a building under construction in Krasnogorsk, 2 km from Moscow, at the prices of those years, it cost 6 million rubles. The certificate was half the amount. I have accumulated the missing, working from morning to night. Moved here in 2010, as soon as the house was built and the workers installed the plumbing. And two more years I had to equip everything the way I wanted, ”said the star.

Vodonaeva has two apartments. One housing is in Moscow, the other is in St. Petersburg. Vodonaeva bought a four-room apartment in the capital back in 2015, but for several years she was doing repairs in it. Her housing is divided into two parts – one for women in pink, in which Alena huddles, the other – in blue, for her son Bogdan. Its half is more like a Barbie doll’s house: pink curtains, furniture and walls, photographs in pink frames, and even pink doors. The star of “House-2” dreamed of such housing since childhood.

Also, the media wrote that Alena has real estate in Sochi and even in Los Angeles.
