But there are few simple sugars in avocados. But there are many monounsaturated omega-9 fatty acids. Avocados also contain a healthy proportion of omega-3 and omega-6 unsaturated fatty acids.

In addition, avocados are high in vitamins C, E and A, which are antioxidant and anti-cancer properties. They also contain a lot of B vitamins, valuable substances that support the functioning of the brain and nervous system.

The folic acid contained in avocados has a positive effect on the development of the baby in the womb, so it is especially recommended for pregnant women to eat them.

The beneficial effects on blood cholesterol levels make avocados an excellent choice for people at risk of atherosclerosis. Regular consumption of these fruits has a preventive effect and prevents the development of atherosclerotic lesions.

Scientific studies have shown that eating avocados can significantly improve the health of people with insulin resistance, which causes type II diabetes.

Thanks to the antioxidants in the avocado pulp, this fruit also helps the body slow down the aging process and its effects, such as weight gain, decreased physical activity and vitality, and decreased insulin sensitivity.

Eating avocados supports the immune system, liver function, vision, and increases bone density, which is very important in preventing osteoporosis. Avocados also play a useful role in supportive care for myeloid leukemia and other cancers, as it regenerates and strengthens the body.
