Acai Bowl is a smoothie made from oatmeal, berries, fruits and seeds. Acai can also be presented as a puree from berries or powder, and they are also convenient for making drinks.

What is the recipe for making an acai bowl? The fact is that all the ingredients in this breakfast are perfectly interchangeable, there are many recipes for cooking.

Basic formula: acai, liquid, fruit, additional ingredients, topping. Liquid is water, animal, vegetable milk, and freshly squeezed juice. Fruits – mango, banana, kiwi, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries are popular from berries. Add your favorite nuts and spinach leaves to your smoothie. Use granola, dried fruits, any seeds as a supplement.

A classic acai bowl looks like this: take acai puree, add three quarters of a cup of apple juice to it, add frozen blueberries, half a pineapple, honey and nuts. Whisk everything with a blender until smooth. Sprinkle with granola and almonds and serve.
