For the base:

Ground oat flakes 100 gr.,

Flour 70 gr,

Egg white 40g,

Kefir 1% 100 g,

Baking powder 2 gr.

For the filling:

Apples 400 gr,

Raisins 20g,

Honey, 20 g,

Walnut 20 gr,

Egg 100g,

Kefir 1% 150g,

Cottage cheese 9% 50g.

Preparation:

All the ingredients for the base are mixed. We transfer the dough to a greased form, evenly distributing it and making the sides.Bake at 175C for 15 minutes.

For the filling, mix everything except the apples. Pour the filling on the finished base, put the apples on top, cut into slices, and bake for another 30 minutes.
