Airfryer cutlets: video recipe

Switch on the airfryer and select the “Warm-up” command. Rinse the meat and poultry, cut the skin and films, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into sticks. Soak white bread slices in milk. Peel the onion and potatoes and cut into quarters. Remove the husk from the garlic cloves. Combine all prepared ingredients and pass them through a meat grinder. Pour the resulting minced meat with eggs, pepper, salt and mix well until smooth.

Form the patties, place them in a baking dish, pour in some water and place the crockery on the middle wire rack. Set the cooking temperature to 260 degrees, high speed in the grill and cook the dish for 15 minutes, then turn the meatballs over and bake them for another 7 minutes.

Delicious airfried cutlets stuffed with vegetables and mushrooms

Ingredients: – 500 g of meat (pork, beef, veal or poultry); – 1 chicken egg; – 2 slices of white bread without a crust; – 50 ml of milk; – 2 cloves of garlic; – 3 sprigs of basil; – 3 green onion feathers; – 1/3 tsp ground white pepper; – 0,5-1 tsp. salt; – 1 carrot; – 1 onion; -150 g of fresh mushrooms (champignons, oyster mushrooms, aspen mushrooms, boletus mushrooms, chanterelles); – 100 g bread crumbs; – vegetable oil.

Remove the husk from the onion and chop it into small cubes, finely chop the carrots. Heat the vegetable oil and fry one onion in it first, and after 1,5-2 minutes put orange straws on it and sauté everything together for 7 minutes over medium heat. Place another skillet or stewpan with vegetable oil on a nearby hotplate and fry the chopped mushrooms until the liquid evaporates. Combine all the filling ingredients in one bowl and season with salt to taste.

Cut the washed and dried meat or poultry into small pieces, soak the crumb of bread in milk and turn through a meat grinder. Chop the basil and onion greens, crush the garlic, break the egg and stir in the minced meat. Season it with white pepper and salt and stir well.

Divide the meat mass into several equal parts and knead them with your hands, forming thick cakes. Place a portion of the filling in the center of each circle, wrap it up and shape. Dip the patties in breadcrumbs, place on the lower wire rack and cook in a heated airfryer at 220 degrees, setting the timer for 20 minutes and choosing a high speed.
