The Scarsdale regime

Prince : The goal of the Scarsdale diet is to restrict your calorie intake to 800 kcal / day in order to lose 15 kg in 15 days. This diet involves the removal of fat and sugars. Meat, rich in protein, can be eaten at will as well as grapefruit, tea and water.
