5 quick ways to effectively roll a pancake

Filled pancakes are both an appetizer and a main course at the same time. If the filling is hearty, then 2-3 pancakes can be easily filled. How attractive such pancakes are depends on the appearance of the dish, namely, on how the pancake itself is rolled.

Here are five of the easiest, easiest to eat, and most beautiful ways to do it.

Tubule – Spread the filling all over the pancake and roll it from one side to the other.

Open triangle – spread the filling, fold the pancake in half and again in half.

Closed tube – put the filling in the center, wrap the right edge inward first, then the left one, and then roll the pancake into a tube from top to bottom.

Envelope – put the filling in the center, wrap in the right edge, left, and then top and bottom.

Pouch – Place the filling in the center, gently squeeze the edges together, tie the bag with an onion feather or cheese.
