We often complain that our souls are anxious, hard, that our mood is at zero, while we do not care at all about the state of our body and do not understand that good habits are useful not only for the figure, but also for mental health.

It is no secret that our emotions, feelings, our thoughts and mood are directly related to the state of the body. They cannot exist separately from each other and work together. In an effort to get the perfect body, do not forget about the soul, the psychological connection. Remember: the soul suffers, the body suffers, and vice versa. Follow the recommendations, and the result will not keep you waiting:

1. Awakening

It is in your power to create the mood for a new day. Open your eyes, smile at the universe and wish yourself good morning. A cheerful, optimistic person is more energetic and agile, and calories are known to burn when moving.

2. Morning exercises, jogging, walking

An active morning is a good start to the day, the mood of the body for the upcoming activity. Choose any type of exercise, they are all suitable for burning fat, and morning is the best time for this. Daily exercises train not only the body, but also willpower.

3. Contrast shower

Useful and effective procedure. It helps to speed up metabolism, improves blood circulation, increases the overall tone of the body, slows down the aging process and accelerates cellulite, has a positive effect on the skin and complexion. A contrast shower has a beneficial effect on the nervous system: in the morning it improves mood, in the evening it relaxes, relieves fatigue. But before you introduce this useful habit into your daily plan, study the contraindications, consult a specialist.

4. Breakfast

At night, the metabolism slows down, a hearty breakfast normalizes it and provides the body with energy for the whole day. Thanks to a full breakfast, you will not feel hungry and will not eat too much at lunch. Vitamins, minerals and fatty acids will give a good start to the body and help to perform the planned work, increase concentration and activate brain functions.

5. Small portions, frequent meals

For a good metabolism, you need to eat food every 3 hours, chewing it thoroughly. When swallowing food, a person does not feel the taste of food, which means that food does not give pleasure and does not saturate the body and brain. When we enjoy gastronomic pleasure, we take care of ourselves and show that we love ourselves.

6. No food after six

Everything that is eaten less than 2-3 hours before bedtime is deposited in the sides. Also, eating before bed worsens the quality of sleep. Lack of sleep leads to general physical malaise, irritability, apathy and decreased motivation.

7. Snacks

The feeling of hunger arises for several reasons: breakfast was not solid, lunch was insatiable, you ate “on the go”, you are nervous and stress-eating. Try to replace old habits with new ones, instead of snacking, try jumping in place, squats, a walk in the park, analyze what is happening, your emotions.

8. Sport

The most effective way to burn calories is physical activity, sports. All types of aerobics, swimming, dancing, yoga are fat burners. In addition, they improve mood, some activities give a feeling of cheerfulness, a surge of energy, others – satisfaction, stabilization of nervous processes, slowdown, relaxation and calmness.

9. Refusal of bad habits

Coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, carbonated drinks and other bad habits adversely affect not only the figure, but also the human psyche. Green tea, water, fresh air and proper nutrition are what you need for a slim body, good health.

10. Favorite food

Completely giving up what you love will do more harm than good. A feeling of dissatisfaction, a desire to eat a favorite product can lead to a breakdown, and then to self-flagellation and a decrease in self-esteem. Don’t give up, but remember – everything is good in moderation. Try replacing high-calorie ingredients with dietary ones.

11. Weighing

Weigh yourself once a day at the same time, this will allow you to track the progress of weight loss. Frequent weighing and weighing at different times will lead to frustration because the weight in the morning is different from the weight in the evening. Do not get into a race for numbers on the scale – this can negatively affect your self-esteem. The ideal weight is the one in which you feel light and comfortable.

12. No pills and dietary supplements

The desire to get a quick result with tea, herbs or diet pills does not work. There is a risk of wasting money, provoking diseases, becoming a hostage to depression. Proper nutrition, sports, sleep, harmony with yourself – that’s what really works for you.

13. Timely saturation

The body is starving, the mind is starving. The body must receive a certain amount of fats, carbohydrates, nutrients. Hunger is stress for the whole organism. Most often, such experiments end in a breakdown, both mental and gastronomic, and can lead to indigestion. Arrange fasting days, it is more effective and useful.

14. Body care

Anti-cellulite creams by themselves do not work. Body care and self-love are the best helpers in weight loss, the path to inner and outer beauty. Use spa treatments, nourishing cream, skin strokes and psychological strokes: praise yourself for the slightest success.

15. Useful breaks

If you are sedentary at work, use breaks, visits to the ladies’ room with a double benefit: do squats every time you visit this intimate institution. This is a change of activity, and rest, and physical education. Forget about the bus and elevator, walk.

16. Relaxation

Pleasant communication, a sense of joy, humor and laughter, tactile contacts, sex, kisses burn fat and prolong life.
