HCG stands for human chorionic gonadotropin, a very important pregnancy hormone.
The hCG hormone is produced by the cells that make up the membrane of the embryo. Using a blood test for hCG, you can detect pregnancy at the earliest stages: starting from the 6th day after conception.
HCG is divided into alpha and beta hCG. Alpha hCG has a very similar structure to the TSH hormone, FSH hormone, and LH hormone. Beta-hCG is unique, therefore Beta-hCG plays a decisive role in diagnosis.
At the medical center (m. Kaluzhskaya) you can undergo pregnancy diagnostics in the early stages.
The program includes:
- Initial appointment with a gynecologist
- Blood test for B-hCG
- Ultrasound of the pelvic organs
