Wash the zucchini and cut in half, make cuts on the soft part and rub with salt and pepper, a little oil.
We put the zucchini in a bowl with a thick bottom for baking ( I have a glass one with a lid). We wash and divide the broccoli fresh into small parts. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and fresh ground garlic, salt, pepper to taste. The resulting sauce is spread on the zucchini cut. We send the broccoli to the sauce bowl and mix it thoroughly to collect the remaining sauce on the broccoli and spread the cabbage to the zucchini (next to it). Bake for 30-40 minutes on 180 gr
