I don’t like to cook in a hurry, I like to manage the kitchen on weekends. I am fundamentally against microwaves, I think that the food in them is dead, so I have an old oven. I love to cook fish dishes, Chilean sea bass, shrimp. I practically don’t use books (although there are books by Julia Vysotskaya), recipes are born in my head. I make salads, the recipes for which do not exist at all, I add all sorts of things. My signature dish is pasta. Mom taught me how to make spaghetti in tomato sauce: tomatoes in their own juice, basil, spices, durum wheat pasta. I love tuna very much – both fresh and canned. Today I made a salad with him. In special cases, I can cook lasagna myself, I have molds for this, I buy special pasta sheets, layers, I twist the meat, add spices. And we arrange for ourselves a feast of the belly! “

Before filming began, we were sent to a cooking course in a real kitchen, where we were taught how to place our hand correctly, how to hold, cut, etc. But in the very first take of the first season, I cut my finger – right after the command “Camera, motor! “. I love to cook, I have been doing it all my life. I didn’t work for a long time, I was a housewife, and only recently started acting. I cook mainly national dishes: manti, chak-chak, boorsok, pilaf is very tasty. On my birthday, I brought him to the site and treated the whole group.

I have a lot of Gzhel – my brother worked at the Gzhel factory. At home we drink not from cups, but from bowls. Far from your homeland, you begin to appreciate national customs even more. When guests come, we often sit not on chairs, but on the floor, on a shirdak – a felt carpet. I sing to the guests and play the komuz, the national Kyrgyz instrument. “

“I have been living in this apartment for ten years. For two years he lived in bare concrete walls – saving up for repairs. Interior ideas are mine. Venetian plaster is a little whim of my aesthetics. I go to the kitchen mostly in the morning, and the red color helps me wake up. When the renovation was going on, the elevator did not work in the house, so both the tiles and the refrigerator had to be lifted up the stairs. I don’t hang curtains in the house in principle. I think this is a woman’s occupation. When the one and only chosen one of my heart settles here, the curtains will appear.

All knives in my kitchen are special. They were presented to me by the actor Yuri Borisovich Sherstnev. That is, you cannot donate knives, I bought them for a nominal fee. One is surgical. The second – with a handle made of boxwood root with amber and a blade bought at a flea market in Paris. The third is Sheffield steel.

I cook with pleasure. I can share a recipe for a delicious breakfast that can be made in two minutes. We chop chocolate into a plate, put it on the stove, the chocolate melts instantly, and we throw cottage cheese into the plate, stir and decorate with fruit. Fast and useful. “
